Wood is recruiting for two Production Technicians to join its Operations team focusing on Oil & Gas (OA). These positions are based out of Snyder, TX, with one technician assigned to Salt Creek and the other to Cogdell.

The Role
The Production Technician is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This includes performing inspections, troubleshooting, and collaborating with field teams to meet production targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical responsibilities
• Monitor, operate, and maintain production equipment
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on well-site facilities
• Troubleshoot issues and diagnose equipment failures
• Collect and analyze production data to optimize performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
• Collaborate with field personnel to maintain production targets
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills And Qualifications
Expected:
• Previous experience in oil and gas production operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in field environments and various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
Desirable:
• Familiarity with production monitoring systems and reporting tools
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication
