This Position reports to:
Business Manager Critical Power
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects related to operations of a local manufacturing unit, including the full scope of Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Logistics. Each day, you will ensure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and define improvement actions as needed.
The work model for the role is onsite.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business area in branch Petrich, Bulgaria.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Implementing the global product line Critical Power manufacturing strategy in the country within your area of responsibility.
- Providing input on global product line Critical Power manufacturing strategy
- Developing proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
- Focusing on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery, and cost reduction.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in an international manufacturing working environment, on a managerial leadership role
- Excellent English (written and spoken), with the ability to engage and collaborate across various organizational levels
- Result oriented, capable of managing projects and teams
