JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Tasks:

• Provide vender surveillance services and NDT services on facilities following clients' requirements
• Witness and control the whole project procedure to control the quality following requirements.
• Welding and Visual Inspections to discover and prevent manufacturing and design defects.
• Perform site inspection Quality Audits and Expediting
• Perform NDT inspections such as UT, MT, PT and RT film interpretation for welds, Casing, Flanges, Valves and Structural Steel components.
• Issue NDT reports to show inspection results.
• Mill audit following client's requirements.
• Perform NACE/Coating inspection of commodities and steel structures components.
• Witness the suppliers for loading and unloading of goods and insure the traceability and quality of the clients products

Education and work experience:

1. Minimum 5 years working experiences as inspectors.
2. CET-6 with fluent English speaking.
3. Bachelor's degree.

Knowledge and Technical competencies:

1. Familiar with International Codes, such as AWS D1.1, ASME, ASNT, API.
2. Ability to Read English and inspection specifications, inspection reports, material certificates, inspection test plan etc.
3. Ability to frequently travel and work in different cities in China for short periods of time.
4. Have CWI, NDT certificates.
