This Position reports to:

We are looking for you, a Service Planner, to join the PAMA division team in Brazil.
You will be responsible for planning, controlling, and organizing the technical team in the execution of project services, both at the service station and in the field. Your goal will be to ensure compliance with internal procedures, guaranteeing quality, productivity, cost control, policies, Occupational Health and Safety practices, as well as integrity, ethics, and operational excellence - directly contributing to the business results.

This Position reports to:
Service Team Leader
We are looking for you, a Service Planner, to join the PAMA division team in Brazil.
You will be responsible for planning, controlling, and organizing the technical team in the execution of project services, both at the service station and in the field. Your goal will be to ensure compliance with internal procedures, guaranteeing quality, productivity, cost control, policies, Occupational Health and Safety practices, as well as integrity, ethics, and operational excellence - directly contributing to the business results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships and continuous communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction through effective management of requirements, requests, and execution of process automation, measurement, and analysis services.
- Plan, together with clients, the needs for service execution (infrastructure, logistics, technical resources), ensuring proper fulfillment of PAMA division contracts, optimizing resource use, and negotiating any deviations.
- Analyze technical project specifications, clarifying scope, identifying technical or operational risks, and coordinating adjustments as necessary, always in compliance with automation and instrumentation standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and control the work of the technical team, ensuring service delivery from start to finish, with adequate human and material resources, respecting deadlines, technical scope, costs, and established quality levels.
- Review the scope of work and ensure compliance with contractual obligations by all parties involved, with special attention to claims, changes, and operational agreements.
- Ensure consistent and accurate data recording in the company's systems, linked to the necessary technical documentation for internal support and reporting to clients and business areas.
- Identify sales opportunities and operational improvements during service execution, working closely with technical and commercial teams, signaling demands for new services or business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or technologist diploma, preferably in Engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience with preparing proposals and reviewing service contracts is a plus.
- Intermediate English skills for reading and writing are mandatory.
