As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support and improve existing processes to ensure efficient, safe and ergonomic production of high-quality products.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
You will also support in areas such as investment plans, capacity and time studies, quality assurance, balancing of production flows, safety and ergonomic improvements.

We are located in Mölnlycke Företagspark, just outside Gothenburg. We offer the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support and improve existing processes to ensure efficient, safe and ergonomic production of high-quality products.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Troubleshooting production equipment and products
- Participating in various quality processes and quality projects
- Training operators for equipment requiring advanced skills
- Managing, improving and creating manufacturing instructions
- Member of the Manufacturing Improvement Team where decisions are made about improvements and priorities for the production lines
You will also support in areas such as investment plans, capacity and time studies, quality assurance, balancing of production flows, safety and ergonomic improvements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Technical education at KY or high school level
- Knowledge of how to identify and fix problems in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
- Experience and knowledge of continuous improvement processes
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar roles
- Experience in similar production
