Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of light duty pickup trucks, heavy duty trucks and tankers used for transporting, engine driven equipment and my station across the UAE. Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Auto Mechanical Maintenance Supervision
• Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports, including timecards, worksheets, accident reports, and maintenance requests; maintains records, such as drawings, maintenance, and operating manuals and specifications for ADD Fleet Equipment.
• Responds to inquiries and complaints from other divisions and departments, schedules and coordinates activities with other departments and divisions.
• Ensures the timely completion of preventive and predictive maintenance programs; recommends special work or necessary equipment maintenance; plans and oversees the testing of mechanical maintenance on an ongoing basis; develops, reviews and updates written auto mechanical maintenance instructions and schedules.
• Plans, lays out, inspects, and supervises the work of technicians; identifies problem areas and recommends remedial action; supervises the re-build of equipment by disassembling, cleaning, ordering replacement parts, repairing mechanical malfunctions, reassembling and testing equipment.
• Research new operational methods, techniques and equipment and recommends their application; plans and lays out jobs from blueprints, drawings, sketches or verbal instructions.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of best practice in unit work processes and supports the philosophy of continuous improvement.
• Coordinates with suppliers to receive the required spare parts on time to execute the maintenance repair works and prepare and follow up on Release Orders from LTPAs.
• Completes and closes Maintenance Work Orders and enters the resource details and failure details in the CMMS.
• Assist with the preparation, administration and monitoring of a unit budget.

• Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
• Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
Budgets
• Provide input for preparation of the Department / Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
• Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Implement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's work programs in line with Company and International standards.
• Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.
Performance Management
• Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
• Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
• Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.
Reports
• Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience post Bachelor's Degree or 10 years experience post Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance department in Oil and Gas Industry or Petrochemical industry.
• Valid UAE Driving License
