This Position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.

- Work model: onsite

• User support for common IT requests and simple technical issues
• Collaboration on internal system and tool administration
• Assistance with the implementation of new IT solutions, software installations, and updates
• Data collection and sorting for IT documentation, reporting, and analysis
• Participation in the design of functionality and user interfaces for new tools
• Modification and optimization of existing applications based on user feedback
• Testing and debugging of applications during development and before deployment
• Documentation of developed solutions and knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications for the role

• High school student focused on IT and digitalization, or a university student with a similar specialization
• Previous work experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Logical and systematic thinking, analytical skills
• Technical mindset and orientation in new technologies
• Experience with SQL, C#, and .NET
• English language skills at a minimum B1 level, ability to communicate effectively
• Good communication skills, independence, and ability to work in a team
