Job Purpose

Manage the quality assurance initiatives, and process for all processes within all functions in the company, with focusing the core business operations, to ensure continuous improvement, system integrity and customer orientation in line with the company strategies and policies.
Design, update, and monitor all the corrective actions and the consequences of process updates to eliminate or reduce the non-conformities.
Recommend, monitor and support the continuous improvement through the tools and methods for evaluating, identifying and correcting any quality affecting parameter.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Continuous Improvement
• Review the internal processes with in accordance with quality tools to ensure the process improvement of the audit findings and customers complaints.
• Recommend the necessary tools, standards, or measures to derive the necessary amendments on the processes.
• Monitor and analyse the non-conformities reports and customer ratifications to ensure corrective actions are well implemented and meeting the desired targets.
Supply Standards
• Recommend on the development of the vendors' prequalification criteria to ensure placement and coverage of all quality measures, and required product certifications.
• Recommend on the vendors' qualification and renewal occasions, in reference to all inspection and quality records.
• Design, Update, and generate analysis reports for the suppliers' performance to ensure aligned common measures to assess the suppliers, and complied to manufacturing practices.
Quality Management System
• Conduct and design training and awareness sessions for Quality Initiatives and ISO' objectives, processes and procedures to ensure aligned understanding among the related employees.
• Consult on the functions' compliance to the company's Document Management System (ADMS), and Record Management System in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Design and update the Record Management System's policies, file plans, record classification, record retention and disposal in accordance with the local regulations and ADNOC COP.
• Consult and align with the Business Information System Teams across the company on methodologies, templates to map, document, deploy measures and monitors the due business processes.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Quality, Business Administration, or any Management field.

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• 8 years of experience, including 6 years as Quality Assurance Specialist.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 quality requirements
• Hands-on Continuous Improvement, and Business Process Re-Engineering

Professional Certifications
