ProductionThe Senior Planner role supports the Vestas Americas (AME) Tools department in long-term inventory, financial, production, and labor planning. The AME Tools department supports Vestas wind turbine installation in the US, Canada, and Latin America, as well as wind turbine and Service site maintenance in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to receive, compile, and process customer demand and determine the inventory and financial impact on the Tools department and Vestas.
- Responsible for the financial impact of the various production plans.
- Maintain and support complete transparency within AME Tools and across the Vestas value chain.
- The individual will facilitate process improvement and guide project follow-up, conduct meetings to ensure alignment, and broadly ensure the organization stays coordinated to fulfill customer demands.
Qualifications
- Experience with analyzing complex supply chain-related issues, including assessing and forecasting financial impacts.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively across various departments while valuing and appreciating diverse cultures.
- 2-5 years of experience as a planner/scheduler, master planner, or 2-3 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain is preferred.

Salary range: $80,000 - 85,000
