This Position reports to:
Production Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Robotic in Mosnov.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Calibration of Absolute Accuracy in production facilities, including testing and configuration of industrial robots.
• Modifying and optimizing RAPID programs, ensuring accurate programming and functionality.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in industrial robots and control systems.
• Performing maintenance and refurbishments, including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of robotic control systems.
• Preparing and specifying electrical kits and key components for orders, ensuring correct components are used per manuals.
• Conducting quality checks, functional tests, and ensuring compliance with technical documentation.
• Maintaining workplace and equipment in proper technical condition, adhering to 5S and safety standards.
• Documenting work processes, adhering to internal procedures, and reporting issues to supervisors promptly.

Our requirements:

• High school diploma in a technical field - electrical education
• Certification 194/2022 - §6
• English and Czech proficiency at B2 level
• Technical thinking and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
