Your role and responsibilities

ABB Drives Supply Operations unit in Jüri is looking for Supply Planner to support smooth operations of production network by ensuring full material availability of products under own responsibility.

In this role you will co-operation with suppliers on daily basis by ensuring smooth collaboration and continuous performance development.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LIhybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Develop supplier relationship management in co-operation with sourcing.
• Participate to ensure solid component availability and necessary flexibility to meet own business needs.
• Ensure that rating meetings of own suppliers are held according to agreed plan.
• Main contact for supplier in performance management related matters.
• Responsible of supplier performance development of suppliers under own responsibility.
• Monitor actively that buffer levels (supplier buffers and own buffers) are on agreed level for own suppliers.
• Act as a first escalation path for operations (Process Owner, Material Planning) in material availability challenges under own responsibility.
• Close co-operation with factory logistics teams in FI and EE

Qualifications for the role

• Previous experience in SCM or logistics, working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of MS Office, Power Bi, SAP is advantage
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Finnish is advantage
• University degree or other relevant higher education
• Ability to influence others, good negotiation skills. Systematic and target oriented
