Senior Planner - Frankfurt Location: Frankfurt, Germany Start Date: 1st September 2025 Duration:12-month contract, with the possibility of extensionEmployment type: Freelance or Employee Leasing (AÜG) Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Planner to join the project team near Frankfurt, Germany. Key Responsibilities:Develop project schedules and timelines Drive standardization into scheduling process and direct function oversight to any contracted scheduling services Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays Ensure appropriate schedule detail level is utilized based on project execution requirements and project phase Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure project success Perform a variety of tasks associated with the development and maintenance of highly complex Primavera P6 project schedules including WBS structure development, logic links, constraints, resource loading, progress tracking, earned value reporting, float management, etc. Work extensively with subcontractors ensuring schedule requirement compliance, accurate and timely updates, slippage recovery, etc. Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field and/or Construction Management 8+ years of experienceBusiness fluent in both German and EnglishExperience in the EPC Engineering, Procurement and Construction industry, working with engineering, procurement and contractorsStrong interpersonal and communication skills as well as exceptional organization and coordination skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)Basic understanding of Project Controls FunctionsThorough understanding of proven scheduling techniques and practicesProficient using Primavera P6
