Overview

PM Group is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & HVAC Package Owner for a major pharmaceutical project near Frankfurt in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and HVAC package delivery from design through commissioning
• Manage complex cleanroom and process utility systems
• Ensure GMP compliance for all mechanical installations
• Coordinate with process, electrical, and automation teams
• Package management of all mechanical and HVAC works
• Cleanroom classification and validation support
• Equipment procurement and vendor management
• Construction supervision and quality assurance
• Commissioning and qualification oversight
• Technical coordination with process engineering teams

Qualifications

• Mechanical/HVAC engineering degree or equivalent
• Extensive experience in pharma/GMP mechanical systems
• Knowledge of cleanroom design and classification standards
• Understanding of German technical standards
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience with complex HVAC controls and BMS systems
• Bauleiter certification advantageous
• Experience with pharmaceutical utilities
• Knowledge of EU GMP requirements
• Commissioning and validation experience
• Project management certifications
