In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Review and evaluate various application methods and prepare feasibility reports to drive efficient outcomes.
• Lead design and analysis efforts, calculate production costs, and handle project schedules.
• Lead all aspects of laboratory operations, coordinate Horn/Nest tasks, generate test reports, and support tool and equipment setup to ensure best-in-class weld quality.
• Lead laboratory equipment and 5S practices with a strong focus on safety prevention.
• In case of welding quality problems, identify the cause and propose solutions, and provide differentiated technical services to our customers for competitive advantage.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in the welding industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools such as CATIA and NX-UG
• Software programming skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Willingness to travel as needed to support projects and build strong partnerships
