This Position reports to:
Business Manager - E2E
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects related to operations of a global manufacturing unit, including the full scope of Production, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Planification. Each day, you will ensure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and define improvement actions as needed. You will also showcase your expertise by executing business unit/product group quality strategy.
The work model for the role is: #onsite.
This role is contributing to the Product Line of Autonomous Mobile Robots - AMR in Spain. Main stakeholders are Quality, R&D and Project Engineering department.

- Implementing the global business unit/product group manufacturing strategy in the country within your area of responsibility
- Providing input on global business unit/product group strategy
- Developing proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness
- Focusing on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery, and cost reduction
- Leading the manufacturing team in Burgos

Qualifications for the Role
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, and valuable training in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous improvement, Production Management or similar
- Immersed in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma or Kaizen), and production planning tools
- Ability to demonstrate your 10 years of experience in production management in industrial companies
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of data analytics software (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced functions) and digital manufacturing platforms, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency
- You are customer-focused, good team manager and a great communicator
- You are at ease communicating in English and valuable in Spanish
