Key Responsibilities
• Participate in shutdowns and turnarounds in refineries/ chemical plants.

1. Should be knowledgeable on -
2. Blinding/ de-blinding for positive isolation.
3. Reading P&IDs and blinding diagrams.
4. Line tracing
5. Piping fabrication (optional), fit up
6. Able to read piping isometrics and draw hand sketches for the same.
7. Able to identify various piping components like different types of valves/ o-let connections / other commonly used pipe fittings.
8. Able to identify punched markings on pipe fittings
9. Able to identify vessel name plates.
10. Ability to walk around the plant without any difficulties

Work Experience

Engineering degree (Mechanical)

5 to 10 years of oil gas experience in related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil&gas)

Pay Range: $40K to $50K

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Baytown, TX

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.
