We are seeking a Facilities, Buildings, and Mechanical Systems Estimator to join our team in Denver, CO.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Analyze drawing, specifications and other project documents to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Perform precise quantity takeoffs based on available design documents.
• Obtain current and accurate pricing information from databases, contractors, and suppliers for use in estimates.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to fully understand project scope during estimate preparation; build strong relationships with A/E firms and project team members.
• Assist senior staff in identifying ways to improve project efficiency and seek opportunities to enhance accuracy and productivity in estimating tasks.
• Maintain organized project documents, including drawings and specifications, in accordance with company standards.
• Keep project files updated on the file server and maintain a comprehensive cost data library.
• Prepare cost reconciliations between multiple estimates and clearly explain cost variances and drivers.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field preferred, plus four years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant estimating experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and technical documents.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced utilization of Microsoft Excel.
• Revu Bluebeam experience, also valuable.
• FBI background check is required.
• Experience with HCCS bidding software is a plus.

Expected compensation range is between $110,000 - $160,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
