We have 86 quarries and 56 asphalt plants across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.

Rogers Group is seeking a candidate to fill a day shift position for a Rap Plant Operator at our plant located in Cabot, Arkansas. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity with an impact crusher and portable track units for the crusher.

Job Responsibilities:

• Running impact crusher
• Perform daily pre-and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and long hours when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a self-motivated individual able to perform required duties without constant supervision.
• Able to focus on Safety Excellence.
• Must work well with others.
• Able to perform a variety of duties, some which may include plant clean-up, maintenance, operating heavy equipment and machinery.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Willing to work weekends and long hours when needed.
• Willing to be flexible when called upon to perform other assignments or to assist in other areas at the discretion of management.
• Must be familiar with an impact crusher and portable track units for crusher.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have valid driver's license.
