Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform inspections of blades and components during production
• Plan and execute full scans, measurements, calculations, and IR/UT analyses according to Vestas procedures
• Approve or reject products, components, and processes based on quality requirements
• Define repair scope according to instructions and acceptance criteria
• Create and verify Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Maintain inspection and control records
• Collaborate closely with production and support departments

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education (technical background preferred)
• Experience as a Production Operator (internal) or NDT Technician (external)
• Familiarity with technical documentation (e.g., work instructions)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Patience, attention to detail, good memory, and multitasking ability

• Proficiency in IR and UT testing techniques
• Ability to interpret and apply technical standards and procedures
• Analytical mindset, self-discipline, and time management skills
• Strong observational and diagnostic abilities
• High level of accuracy and consistency in reporting
