In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Inventory control and management to optimize and meet the goals of Inventory Turn Over (ITO) and on time delivery (OTD).
  • Proper date management to ensure material availability in order to release orders to production when they are required.
  • In conjunction with Strategic Sourcing personnel (Commodity Managers) work with suppliers to improve quality and speed of supply base.
  • In close alignment with Global S&OP team understand future demand to anticipate and manage the production capacity.
  • Work closely with Customer Service Center Management team to ensure proper and timely communication from the TF planning team to support customer inquiries and accurate date Management.
  • Monitor the production plan and work closely with Operations Manager and Purchasing Manager to make adjustments as necessary to maximize productivity and support high level of RDSL and PDSL.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business system (Oracle). Lead the process of maximizing the value and utilization of business system in all areas of planning.
  • Monitor and ensure planning data integrity within all business systems including Oracle. Develop tracking tools to determine data quality and identify potential problems.
  • Work closely with materials and warehouse teams to support the desired inventory accuracy & sustain the inventory exemption status from corporate.

    Review and analyze the aged finish goods report, the purpose is identifying orders that have been in the shipping area for a period of time and take specific action such as notifying the order administrator.
  • Development and feedback to the planning team, support and administrative personnel by establishing means and systems that promote a self-directive leadership with respect and trust to promote a good work environment and a high-performance team.
  • Capital, expenses and personnel development and administration
  • Encourage the continuous improvement methodology utilization in products and processes through systems thinking
  • Keep communication and information exchange with the corporate/headquarters
  • Complies with all the safety standards, reports immediately any risk situation and actively participates in actions to improve safety in its area of control


For This Role, You Will Need (Requirements)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or administration
  • Fully Bilingual


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Minimum 5 years as a planning or materials superintendent
  • Minimum 8 years in a managerial position in either planning, materials, manufacturing, engineering or quality.
  • Master's degree in business administration or similar
