This is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring production quality, supplier quality, process compliance, and supporting new project industrialisation within a high-performance manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead incoming material and process quality management across drivetrain manufacturing.Manage quality processes for new projects (NPI, prototypes, PPAP) and drive issue resolution.Oversee supplier quality initiatives, audits, and on-site supervision.Supervise physical and chemical testing labs for metallurgical and mechanical performance.Conduct internal training on quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis).Support EPS process implementation and internal/external audits.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.15+ years in production quality or manufacturing engineering within drivetrain, automotive, or heavy machinery sectors.Expertise in PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and NPI methodologies.Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.Why Join?Be part of a global renewable energy leader driving advanced manufacturing and quality excellence in India's growing clean energy sector.
