Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce parts within specified tolerances and production schedules
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance are met
- Set up machines, fixtures, and controls to regulate temperature, pressure, and speed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while following all company and HSE policies
Job Duties
- Measure, mark, and record temperatures and reference points on materials and workpieces
- Select, align, and secure fixtures; stamp position numbers as required
- Input and adjust machine programs and controls to meet production requirements
- Observe machine operations, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime
- Assist with stenciling, cleaning, and supporting other operators to ensure smooth production flow
- Train new employees and support cross-training across departments
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and strong attendance record
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the company
