As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that all operations align with technical documentation and established procedures. In this pivotal role, you will manage cost efficiency, quality, and safety across the production line, collaborating closely with team members to enhance process effectiveness. You will lead efforts in automation and digitalization, leveraging SCADA software and flexible production management to drive innovation in our plant. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring compliance with instructions, technical documentation, and established procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Drive cost-effective production by optimizing processes to meet daily production goals and timelines, collaborating with Production Leaders to track and evaluate outcomes.
• Implement automation and digitalization initiatives, leveraging SCADA systems to enhance production flexibility and efficiency, while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure the highest level of workplace safety and initiate activities that promote a safe production environment.
• Manage material availability to guarantee uninterrupted production, optimizing inventory turnover without compromising stock levels.
• Supervise the maintenance of the machinery park, ensuring good technical condition through effective personnel management and technical interventions.
• Support and develop employees by identifying and nurturing talents, providing training opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.

Who You Are:

You excel in production management, skillfully leading teams to optimize processes and drive innovation through proactive approaches and automation. Your advanced communication skills enable seamless collaboration with diverse teams, fostering effective team management and stakeholder collaboration. With a strong foundation in methodologies like Lean Manufacturing, you continuously implement improvements. Your interpersonal abilities inspire your team, aligning them with strategic goals and cultivating a culture of excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A bachelor's degree in a field related to production management or engineering, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation.
• At least 3 years of experience in production management, where you have demonstrated ability to oversee processes, maintain standards, and lead teams effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in international and diverse team settings.
• Practical experience with ERP systems and production management software, such as SCADA, to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Advanced experience with SCADA software and digitalized production management systems, showcasing your ability to drive automation and innovation.
• Proficiency in modern production methodologies like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing, which bolster continuous improvement initiatives.
• A proactive approach to leading teams, fostering a culture of development, and achieving strategic business goals.
• Experience with industry-standard ERP systems and a track record of successfully managing production resources to ensure seamless operations.
• Previous e xperience in CNC manufacturing is highly appreciated .
