About the role
As a Production Planner at NOV Subsea Production Systems, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production operations across our sites. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demand while balancing capacity, materials, and resources.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain to align plans and proactively address potential challenges. You will monitor production performance, analyze data and KPIs, and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to coordinate and streamline production processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
- Work with the production team to address any challenges or disruptions to the production schedule and propose effective solutions.
- Utilize Advanced planning and scheduling tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in production planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Relations, International trade or related areas
- Fluent English
- Proven experience in production planning /manufacturing scheduling or a related role.
- Proficiency in using Advanced planning and scheduling tools such as Opcenter APS, Rob-ex, Cyber Plan will be a differential
- Proficiency in using production planning software and tools (Excel, Primavera, MS Project it will be a differential)
- Proficiency in using production planning ERP such as Oracle EBS will be a differential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Flexible Pipes would be an advantage
