JOB DESCRIPTION

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Experience with injection molding machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Quality Focus: Ability to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Capability to diagnose and resolve machine and process issues.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Basic Math and Reading Skills: For measuring materials and following work instructions

Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment:

• Injection mold machine operators works in manufacturing environment in a non temperature controlled facility.
• The work can be fast-paced and physically demanding.
