Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Essential Responsibilities

• Lettura e interpretazione del cartellino di operazione
• Gestire la preparazione macchina sulla base della lavorazione richiesta,
• Gestire in MDI tutta la lavorazione, operare in autonomia sulla correzione di quota o cambio utensili eseguendone la relativa sostituzione ed il necessario
• Presettaggio
• Eseguire il collaudo geometrico dimensionale sia preventivo in fase di lavorazione sia quello finale.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Diploma tecnico
• Capacità di lettura e comprensione del disegno tecnico, conoscenza delle tolleranze lineari e di tipo geometrico.
• Conoscenza consolidata delle logiche di funzionamento del CNC, struttura delle macchine tradizionali ed a controllo numerico,
• Conoscenza delle tipologie degli inserti da taglio, struttura dei materiali, tipologie di macchine utensili e loro impiego, cicli di lavorazione, processi tecnologici distruttivi e non distruttivi, prove di durezza, conoscenza e lettura degli strumenti di misura.
• Conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico base
• Italiano fluente scritto e parlato
• Visto di lavoro in conformità con la normativa locale
• Capacità di lavorare in squadra
• Disponibilità a lavorare su 3 turni e/o nel weekend
• Comprovata esperienza in ambito aeronautico o manifatturiero
