This Position reports to:
Quality Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization's assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

You will be mainly accountable for:
1. 流程优化与标准化:Process optimization and standardization:
a. 对现有生产流程进行全面分析,识别瓶颈环节与浪费点,提出并实施改进措施,以实现流程优化。
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing production process, identify bottlenecks and waste points, propose and implement improvement measures to achieve process optimization.
b. 制定标准化作业指导书(SOP),确保生产操作的一致性和可复制性,减少人为错误。
Develop standardized operation instructions (Sops) to ensure consistency and replicability of production operations and reduce human errors.
2. 生产线布局与设计:Production line layout and design:
a. 根据生产需求,合理规划生产线布局,确保物料流动顺畅,减少搬运距离和时间。
According to the production needs, rationally plan the layout of the production line to ensure the smooth flow of materials and reduce the handling distance and time.
b. 设计或改进工装夹具、生产辅助设备等,以提高生产效率与产品质量。
Design or improve fixture, production auxiliary equipment, etc., to improve production efficiency and product quality.
3. 成本分析与控制:Cost analysis and control:
a. 运用成本分析工具,评估生产过程中的各项成本,识别成本节约机会。
Use cost analysis tools to evaluate costs in the production process and identify cost savings opportunities.
b. 实施成本控制措施,如减少物料损耗、提高设备利用率等,以实现成本节约。
Implement cost control measures, such as reducing material loss, improving equipment utilization, etc., to achieve cost savings.
4. 生产软件系统开发及优化:Development and optimization of production software system
a. 参入支持生产MES系统开发及应用,满足后续新业务对系统的需求
Participate in the development and application of MES system to support production, and meet the needs of the system for subsequent new business
b. 优化当前生产系统平台(SAP系统,返修平台,二维码系统)提高应用效率
Optimize the current production system platform (SAP system, repair platform, QR code system) to improve application efficiency
5. 设备工装管理:Equipment tooling management
a. 制定年度设备保养计划,按要求对设备工装进行保养和维护
Make annual equipment maintenance plan, and carry out maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tooling as required
b. 对新设备的引入进行评估
Evaluate the introduction of new equipment
6. 持续改进与项目管理:Continuous improvement and project management:
a. 主导或参与精益生产、六西格玛等持续改进项目,推动生产系统不断优化。
Lead or participate in lean production, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects to promote the continuous optimization of production systems.
b. 参与公司OpEx项目,组织生产质量实施成本改善项目,满足公司年度Saving目标
Participated in the company's OpEx project, organized the production quality implementation cost improvement project, and met the company's annual Saving target

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, such as mechanical engineering, automation, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, etc
At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry
Professional knowledge: familiar with industrial production processes and processes, master production management knowledge and methods, and have good data analysis ability.
Software skills: Proficient in relevant computer software, such as CAD (computer-aided design), ERP (enterprise resource planning), MES (Manufacturing execution System), etc., in order to carry out process design, production scheduling and data analysis.
Project experience: Participated in IE related projects, with actual project operation experience, able to independently complete the whole process of project planning to implementation.
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to use English to carry out necessary work communication.
Communication skills: Strong communication skills and teamwork skills, good at communicating with people in different departments, and able to coordinate and solve problems.
Logical analysis ability: able to conduct in-depth analysis of complex problems and propose practical solutions.
Sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure: strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to work under certain pressure to ensure the smooth completion of work tasks.

- Approving the design for processes developed internally or externally and performing final tests with respect to the project.
- Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.
- Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.
