The Site Manufacturing Project Engineer (all genders) will have the following main responsibilites:

Project Management:
  • Define project scope, budget, and planning
  • Manage reviews, reporting, and launch readiness
  • Ensure HSE compliance and lean manufacturing standards
  • Coordinate industrialization, plant capacity, and supply chain
  • Provide design-for-manufacturing input and optimize processes
  • Control costs, cycle times, and performance metrics

Budget Management and Continous Improvement:
  • Determine the project provisional budget (hours and cost) • Allocates the budget to his extended team & guarantees resource availability with the manager
  • Determine internal and external perimeter regarding SOW,
  • Insure the follow up of project budget and releases warnings to PM and métiers managers in case of gaps.
  • Contribute to investment optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
  • Provide feedback and best practices at project closure

Required skills/work experience:

  • Bachelor's with experience or Master's degree
  • Experience in Manufacturing development and/or activities for automotive industry and project management
  • Senior assembly engineer or plant engineer
  • Leadership skills, able to make clear synthesis, organized, good communication
  • Fluent in German and English
