Coordinate the process of upstream integrated activity planning and short and long-term feed-gas volume planning, adding value to the assets in the context of extracting and optimizing asset and well production. Analyse and align the well work and production facilities activities with the gas production performance from QatarEnergy LNG reservoir to the LNG plants.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

Analyse and coordinate integrated activity plan and long-term feed-gas volume plan to optimize production efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with all UGP stakeholders to compile activity planning and report the final production and activity plans to the proper UGP distribution lists.
Facilitate the development the Annual Delivery Plan/ Work Program & Budget (WP&B) and the overall Production Performance of feed-gas, field condensate, LNG, and by-products, in collaboration with Commercial Planning and Asset Operations to align with operational targets and business objectives. Achieve uninterrupted feed-gas delivery from wells to LNG trains as per nomination in safe and reliable manner, mitigating the short falls in short-term basis.
Coordinate the execution of the production and activity plans, including monitoring and reporting (actual vs. plan) and identifying the categories causing deviation and impact on the plans to recommend timely improvements/corrective actions on deviations for optimal production delivery.
Coordinate meetings with the relevant stakeholders to identify and improve bottlenecks and establish and mitigate production performance problems. Coordinate with all sections and departments on issues related to production planning.

Key Job Accountabilities - II

Recognize opportunities to align planned shutdowns with project activities to minimize impact of production deferments. Analyse best options in case of changes, providing inputs and proposing alignment for timely decisions.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of upstream/downstream operational status and performance, conducting data analysis, to identify opportunities that maximize lifecycle production value.
Coordinate with a multidisciplinary taskforce comprising of Subsurface, Engineering & Projects, Major Projects and Offshore/Onshore assets to focus and safeguard volumes across various assets. Implement volume protection strategies and guidelines and its priorities for annual and monthly planning decisions as mandated by management.
Verify and validate current and all future assets operating boundaries are captured and evaluated while determining volumes.

Serve as the technical focal point in production and activity planning, capacity forecasting, management, monitoring and reporting on a day-to-day basis with the aim of ensuring operational targets are met.

Qualifications

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

8 years of working experience in oil and gas industry, including production planning, production engineering, petroleum engineering and operations, of which 1 year is in production planning.
Experience with production and activities planning, including knowledge of petroleum engineering, offshore production, interface with green and brownfield projects, understanding of field development planning and execution, drilling & completion and process engineering, reservoir management, well modelling, stimulation and testing, computer programming and flow assurance
