This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Production Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities :

Work model: onsite
  • Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting automated equipment within the robotic production line's automatic spray booth. Utilize specialized knowledge to perform model debugging and continuous optimization of the spray booth and robotic systems.
  • Participate in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated production line equipment(such as PLCs, robots, sensors, and drive systems)
  • Collaborate with engineers on equipment upgrades and modifications, and assist in modifying control programs.
  • Record equipment operational data, analyze common failure causes, assist the equipment department, and propose preventive maintenance recommendations. Train production line operators to master equipment operation skills and daily inspection knowledge.
  • Comply with safety production regulations, identify on-site safety risks, and prevent safety incidents.


Qualifications for the Role:
  • Automation, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechatronics Engineering, and related fields
  • Possesses extensive experience in robot installation, debugging, programming, and Robot Studio software application.
  • Highly responsible, meticulous in work, with strong safety awareness and teamwork spirit.
  • Able to adapt to rotating shifts and emergency overtime requirements, with strong resilience under pressure.
  • Willing to continuously learn new technologies and adapt to the updates and iterations of automated equipment.
  • Understand management methods such as Lean Production and TPM.
