We are looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator located in Calgary, AB. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

What You Will Do:
  • Machine various parts depending on current orders
  • Read and understand drawings, dimensions, and tolerances
  • Setup, machine, and offload parts in an efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Programming input/output with planning
  • Load machine and unload machine in safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain work area ensuring it is clean and safe
  • Work with other CNC operators.
  • Assist and cross train when necessary
  • Machine parts as per drawings and procedures, and then verify dimensions based on tolerances provided


Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • Fitness-to-work testing
  • Drivers' abstract


Position Details:
  • Working at the Calgary facility dominantly
  • Permanent
  • Full-time
  • Mainly working day shift operations, with overtime as required
  • Rotating shift between day and afternoon shift (night shift may be required dependent on business conditions)
  • Weekend or night shift may be required dependent on business conditions


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 Years CNC/Lathe experience
  • Experience working with machinery and power tools
  • Fagor programming experience an asset
  • Mazatrol programming experience an asset
  • Understanding G-code programming
  • Leitsritz machine experience an asset


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work with others
  • Lifting and rigging
  • Crane certify experience an asset
  • Forklift certified an asset
  • Ability to understand and make fixtures
  • Metrology and basic hand measuring tool use
