This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

• Provide support to production equipment and process related issues
• Take part and lead production process analysis and improvement activities Ensure that equipment and process documentation is created and stored in document management system
• Drive existing equipment and process improvement or new equipment procurement and commissioning projects
• Define, develop and maintain applicable process measurement systems for equipment and production processes
• Ensure that production equipment and tools maintenance process is documented and introduced to maintenance partners
• Conduct assessment and actions when maintenance quality measurements are below target

Qualifications for the role

• Higher technical education (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent job experience in technical field
• Knowledge of industrial automation equipment , 6-sigma and 5S
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and English skills
• Good computer skills (i.e., MS office, AutoCAD , Inventor or similar)
• Good self-expression skills, good team player in multi-cultural team, result oriented
