If you are a Production Scheduler professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career: this role will allow you to lead key planning activities that support customer service, inventory performance, and operational efficiency at our Reynosa facility. You will develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule, create daily production schedules, coordinate capacity and materials, and support new product introductions while collaborating across Operations, Materials, Engineering, and Customer Service.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Establish the monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with customer demand, expected inventory levels, and available production capacity.
• Establish and maintain daily production schedules based on the MPS.
• Calculate standard direct labor hours and labor‑dollar requirements needed to meet production plans.
• Monitor daily schedule adherence, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with planned inventory levels across assigned product lines.
• Ensure on‑time shipment of sales orders in coordination with the PHR distribution center.
• Provide clear responses to Sales and Customer Service regarding finished goods availability dates.
• Control and track engineering changes and deviations that impact assigned products.
• Participate in new product introduction projects; coordinate pilot runs and first mass‑production builds with Engineering and Procurement.
• Maintain accurate planning data including item master, BOMs, routings, and parameters.
• Analyze capacity, materials, and performance data to adjust schedules as required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes promptly to all relevant partners.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in materials or related supply chain activities.
• Two years of experience as a Production Scheduler.
• Five years of experience in a maquiladora environment.
• English proficiency of approximately 90%.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production environments.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems (Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of MRP, item master, BOMs, routings, and production/inventory management concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
• Ability to analyze data and develop viable solutions to scheduling or capacity constraints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working with Oracle ERP modules for planning, scheduling, and inventory.
• Experience managing engineering changes, deviations, and new product introductions.
• Ability to build and optimize schedules in high‑mix, high‑volume environments.
• Experience working in bilingual or multicultural environments.
• Participation in Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
