Production About the role
The Concrete Production & Logistics Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliable, efficient, and safe delivery of ready-mixed concrete across all concrete recipients on the SZC Civil Works Programme. The role provides the essential interface between site delivery teams, batching operations, logistics, and planning to ensure that concrete supply aligns with programme needs, capacity limits, technical requirements, and the concrete ordering & delivery procedure.
This role prevents uncoordinated, reactive, or unsafe concrete delivery by maintaining clear prioritisation, stable production flow, and controlled escalation routes during high-risk or constrained operations. It is a critical integrator function ensuring that batching plant utilisation, haulage, testing, and pour sequencing collectively support the project's delivery objectives.
