The Gun Loader is responsible for ensuring that equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands. The Gun Loader improves the reliability of Product Line equipment assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) network. This person increases the utilization and efficiency of assets within the MB network, and reduces the cost of service delivery (CoSD) within the MB network.

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
• Load guns according to design.
• Perform inventory reconciliation.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within CMMS to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history, including movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
• Comply with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards.
• Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and remedial work plans within the MB network to improve asset utilization and CoSD.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization number, failures and work-in-process.
• Participate in failure investigations.
• Follow a fixed-step training program to ensure job training is current.
• Follow the TLM Competency Management System to ensure the job proficiency level matches the requirements for assigned activities.

Minimum qualification:

• Technical Experience as gun loader for wireline operations.
