Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and Division Purchasing Manager,
Manages purchasing activities for the site, ensuring that goods and services are sourced in accordance with the Group's or HUB's purchasing strategies. Selects and evaluates suppliers, negotiates the best conditions in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and payment, and maintains a reliable supplier panel adapted to the site's needs. Supports contract negotiation and implementation, works closely with local stakeholders, and ensures compliance with purchasing processes, ethical standards, and operational requirements.
Your main missions
Within your area of responsibility:
• Carry out purchasing activities for the families under your responsibility, in line with the defined targets.
• Make purchases for your families in compliance with the Group's and/or the Activity's procurement policy.
• Execute purchases taking into account the best quality, price, delivery times, and payment conditions.
• And/or coordinate, for one or more purchasing families, the strategic actions for the different sites of the Activity, the Division, and the Group, as well as negotiate contracts.
• Consolidate the needs of the Activity, the Division, or the Group for your families and optimize purchasing.
• For the families under your responsibility, build a panel of reference suppliers for the Activity, the Division, or the Group.
