  • Provide timely and accurate data and analysis to support high-quality decision making across the WRFM portfolio.
  • Contribute to the articulation and delivery of the Production organization's "Ultimate Potential", integrating inputs from cross functional processes.
  • Support Agile ways of working by coordinating key quarterly planning and performance ceremonies, including priority alignment, squad formation, and performance reviews.
  • Lead and develop the Performance & Planning team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What you bring

  • Brings experience in wells, reservoir and facilities management, production planning, rig scheduling, workover planning, performance management, or production optimization within upstream oil and gas operations.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and operational teams, with a proven ability to prioritize competing activities in dynamic environments.
  • Familiar with production system optimization frameworks, digital tools and experienced in supporting cross‑functional initiatives or operational improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrates inclusive leadership and a strong commitment to corporate values, code of conduct, safety, environmental stewardship, and a diverse, collaborative workplace.

APPLICATION PERIOD WILL RUN UNTIL APRIL 27.
