The Production Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. You will work within a team of 3, collaborating closely with the wider operations, procurement, and production teams.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Work model: # onsite

  • Creation of production plans for Flexo & Extrusion Machine & Assembly


  • Works order release and placing orders with external suppliers


  • Create and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.


  • Establishes and shares best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management.


  • Attends daily production meetings for area's of responsibility


  • Analyse back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to priorities, plan, and schedule the production.


  • Monitor Adherence to Schedule for areas of responsibility.


  • Monitor raw material and outsourced component stocks.


  • Develop time-phased production plans based on demand forecasts and order intake.


Qualifications for the Role

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment (experience in machine shop planning is desirable).


  • Strong IT skills with the ability to accurately input, analyse, and report data.


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


  • Experience using ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA knowledge considered advantageous .
