Production department is responsible for wind turbine's assembly.

Responsibilities

• Accept the pre-training and get the know-how for the assembly operations during the training term
• Be able to carry out entire assembly processes on their own and work toward the skill level of our source factory colleagues
• Responsible for production work instruction update and translation
• Responsible for new employee training including safety, quality and process operation
• Responsible for production process improvement
• Support production supervisor on line as a team leader for safety and quality control, on- time delivery and people coordination
• Coordinate with production support team to solve related process issues, such as tooling, equipment and BOM

Qualifications

• Education of three-years college or above, major in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Working experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficient computer skills at Microsoft office

Competencies

• Ability and willingness to perform manual tasks
• Good coordination and communication skills
