JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily reel movements (inbound, outbound, and internal transfers)
• Ensure availability of correct reel sizes to support production planning
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reel inventory records
• Identify and mitigate risks related to reel shortages or misallocation
• Develop and implement improved control and tracking processes
• Provide weekly reporting on reel status, risks, and KPIs
• Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
• Support optimization of limited storage space within the facility

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Able to communicate in English (fluent)
• Experience in production planning, logistics, or inventory control (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operational activities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in Excel (ERP system experience is a plus), other softwares that could help reels management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
