In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Set up machining cells from initial concept through stable mass production, including CNC selection and purchasing, fixture design, process design, and CNC programming
    • Design and continuously improve machining cell and assembly line layouts, tooling, and fixtures during mass production
    • Develop, maintain, and update standard operating instructions, process control plans, and failure analysis documentation
    • Train production operators and maintain accurate training and competency records
    • Establish maintenance guidelines, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, and propose solutions with a strong focus on cost, quality, and long‑term sustainability
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support machining, welding, electro‑polishing (where applicable), and assembly manufacturing processes

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Hands‑on experience in machining and manufacturing process engineering, with demonstrated capability in CNC programming and troubleshooting
    • Practical experience designing machining fixtures and supporting production readiness
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and manufacturing data
    • Effective written and spoken English communication skills for collaboration in a global environment
    • A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
    • Foundational knowledge gained through education or equivalent practical experience in mechanical, electromechanical, automation, or related engineering fields


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
    • Exposure to electro‑polishing, welding, or assembly line manufacturing processes
    • Experience transitioning processes from development into stable, high‑volume production
    • Familiarity with cost‑benefit analysis and design‑for‑manufacturability principles
