Your role and responsibilities

Make production planning & scheduling to fulfill customers' delivery request timely. Work with stakeholder functions for demand forecasting and production capacity management. Inventory management to reduce aging stock and improve inventory DIH.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Smart Building division in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule.
• Ensuring the interaction with front end market & commercial teams, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback. Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines. Proactive production capacity management with related functions to drive resources optimization, e.g. labor and work shifts.
• Quick response to urgent customer demand and abnormal operation issues to update production scheduling. Inventory management to reduce aging stock and improve inventory DIH. Drive digital transformation and projects for smart operation

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• At least 3-year working experience in production planning in manufacture industry
• Digital tool skills & project experience, e.g. SAP, APS, PowerBI
• Strong data analysis skills and logic thinking
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Result oriented and taking ownership
• Systematic thinking
• Open-minded, innovative and continuous improvement spirit
• Good written and oral communications skills in English
