Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.

The work model for the role is: on-site

This role is contributing to the ELDS in Brno. Main stakeholders are switchgear production.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Preparing technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times.
• Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.
• Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements.
• Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.

Qualifications for the role

• You a enjoy working with new ideas and the industry market
• You are innovative in improving production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and increasing workplace efficiency.
• You are at ease communicating in Czech language
• You are a university student in a technical field with at least the first year of studies successfully completed
