Production Operations Manager (Field)

Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico

The Production Operations Mananager (Field) is responsible for overseeing daily oil and gas operations activities at multiple facilities. Directs employees involved in production, drilling, maintenance and construction through the Foreman and other lead staff.

Manage field activities related to asset production operations, from workover to the surface production facility.

Plan and execute CAPEX and OPEX activities.

Prepare project execution plans for pilot projects.

Prepare and oversee operational risk management.Liaise with Engineering team regarding production issues.Solve problems caused by production deferment.

Reduce production losses related to operations.

Ensure the production plant, processes and equipment are functioning efficiently.Be responsible for stakeholder management at the field operation level, ensuring alignment between joint ventures, partners and Schlumberger Production Management team.

Requirements:
Engineering degree
10 years of experience in the position
Customer service skills
C1 English Level
