In this role you will coordinate, supervise and monitor the assembly/testing of industrial regulators as well as the welding activity and certify the finished products. You will collaborate with the materials supply, quality, warehouse departments and take into account the objectives set in production.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordinating production activities - assembly/testing of industrial gas regulators
• Distributing human resources optimally according to the workload
• Working closely with the production supervisor, the planner/buyer and the warehouse supervisor to optimize the supply of raw materials and the shipment of finished products
• Responsibility for the continuous improvement of the work done, comes up with proposals for continuous improvement
• Participating and collaborating in the implementation of a new product
• Delegating welders on the assembly line, if the workload is high
• Editing technical sheets and certificates of conformity

You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities. You separate and combine tasks into efficient and simple workflows.

You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Secondary education or engineering degree
• Knowledge of PC operation: MsOffice, Internet, Outlook
• Working experience

Preferred Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:

• Manufacturing or planning background
• Mechanical knowledge;
• Knowledge of Oracle;
• Working experience in a similar role
