What do you get to do in this position?

• This position will be a First Shift position.
• Inspect all incoming materials and products to ensure quality standards set are being met by all suppliers.
• Enter Incoming Inspection data results into SAP and SE Quasar System
• Communicate with Supplier Quality Engineer to resolve quality issues
• Inspect materials being shipped to other Schneider locations
• Support manufacturing line through providing audit support
• Perform First & Last Article Inspections as needed to support new suppliers or product lines
• Support in-house product testing requirements
• Support the production part evaluation process
• Participate in Board of Change Activities Document Control - and Quality System Management
• Integrated ISO Management System Audit support

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Associates Degree Preferred - - experience with measuring equipment and systems required
• Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma
• Quality inspection, auditing and test experience
• Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
• Product or industry-specific experience
• Strong computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Office, and Databases
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
