Overview:

The System Completion Operator (Offshore) is responsible for supporting the system completion process, ensuring that all systems and subsystems are fully functional and meet the required specifications before commissioning and handover.

The role involves coordination with various offshore teams, managing the completion documentation, and ensuring that all system interfaces are properly tested and verified.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage system completion tools and software to track the progress of system completions.
• Assist in planning and executing system completions in alignment with project timelines and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with offshore construction, commissioning, and quality teams to ensure smooth transition from mechanical completion to commissioning and start-up.
• Verify that all punch list items related to system completions are addressed and closed before final acceptance.
• Participate in system walk-downs and inspections to confirm system integrity and operational readiness.
• Maintain up-to-date system completion documentation, ensuring all certificates, reports, and checklists are properly filed and available for auditing purposes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies encountered during the system completion process, escalating critical issues as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards and operational procedures during all phases of system completion.
• Report progress, challenges, and completion metrics to the System Completion Coordinator or Project Manager.

Education:

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Certifications / Specialization / IT Skills:

• Proficient in system completion software such as WinPCS, GoCompletions, or similar systems.
• Offshore safety certification (BOSIET, HUET, etc.) is required.

Years of Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system completion operations in offshore environments, including experience in commissioning and pre-commissioning phases.

Technical Knowledge:

1. System Completion Process: In-depth understanding of the system completion process, from mechanical completion to commissioning, including experience with documentation and punch list management.
2. Offshore Operations: Strong knowledge of offshore operational safety and completion standards, with experience in offshore project environments, including FPSO, platforms, or subsea installations.
