This position reports to

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Main Responsibilities: • Follow the company's rules and regulations, and wear production PPE properly. • Complete motor hoisting, cable wiring and insulation as per process requirements. • Finish pre-assembly and installation of motor components based on quality standards. • Conduct daily equipment and tool maintenance. • Keep personal work area (5S) tidy and fulfill other temporary tasks. • Participate in cross-regional training, production and support for other factories. • Execute work arrangements to complete production tasks with quality and quantity.

Qualifications for the role

• Job Requirements:
• High school, technical vocational school or above.
• Good health and strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in mechanical assembly and ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Forklift operation and lifting machinery experience preferred.
