As a Mechanical Assembler III - Dry Chemical Generator, you will be at the forefront of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and fabrication operations. You will take on a diverse range of tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency in both standard and non-standard environments. Your expertise will drive the continuous flow of work, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety and performance standards.

*4x10 Shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm*

What You Will Do:
  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently to perform assembly tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of product in assigned workstations, ensuring materials are readily available for ongoing operations.
  • Perform quality work checks, identify product defects, and accurately record identified defects for corrective action.
  • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products based on engineering specification changes to meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures, ensuring compliance and a high standard of work.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, promoting efficiency and safety.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation, ensuring safe material handling.
  • Work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day, contributing to continuous workflow.
  • Be open to international travel for required training, expanding your expertise and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualification You Must Have:
  • HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
