IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Bring concerns about safety to the attention of area management and intervene when seeing unsafe activities
- Work on various workshop activities such as assembly, pressure testing and test & calibration for subsea and downhole products manufactured in the Stavanger Factory
- Thoroughly documents all activities in defined report templates ensuring proper quality documentation as applicable to a given process
- Bring concerns about product and process quality to attention of area management. And report any problems, deviations, or proposals for improvements in the Quality system
- Support in improving production documentation and reports to help improve quality, reduce process waste, and increase efficiency
WHO YOU ARE:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Certificate of apprenticeship or any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge
- Professional experience at least 3 years, preferably
- Basic computer skills
- High focus and knowledge of HSE
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written, visual, and verbal work instructions in English
- Ability to obtain the appropriate qualifications as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Ability to perform work accurately with a high-level detail and capable of documenting work performed properly for the given process
- Experience in precision assembly of mechanical components for harsh environments, particularly for oilfield equipment subjected to high pressure and temperature
